Return Policy
BriBeck Technologies, LLC offers evaluation
versions of its software for customers to have adequate opportunity to assess the
value of products prior to purchase.
Unlike physical goods, computer software and software licenses can be duplicated.
Once a software package has been purchased, it is unfortunately not possible for
us to recall all copies. Therefore, BriBeck Technologies, LLC does not accept software
returns.
Defective products will be repaired or replaced at our option.
Software that has been shipped or downloaded may only be replaced with identical
software/media within 30 days of purchase.
Software lease/rent payments are non-refundable.
Maintenance contracts are non-refundable.
To ensure your satisfaction, we provide trial/evaluation versions and online demonstration
videos free of charge.
